Meat our Vendors
Riverslea has been a working farm for over 200 years. Jeff and Liz Conrad have been operating the farm since 1991, raising sheep and goats for the sale of meat, skins and wool. The farm is 45 acres and has 3 barns and 5 miles of fencing.
Coppal House Farm got its start in Stratham, NH 31 years ago as Coppal House Station, a small family farm run by John and Carol Hutton. They decided to make the move to a 78-acre piece of farmland in Lee, NH that was once a dairy farm, with just six sheep, two Belgian draft horses, three cats and a border collie. The farm name then changed from “station” to “farm” because of the unfamiliarity of the word “station”; a name for a large sheep farm in New Zealand. Knowing they would always use draft horses in their farming, the name “Coppal”, meaning horse in Gaelic, was chosen with the help of an Irish friend.

We started this farm in 2017 with one mission; to know where our meals were coming from. It started as our meals and what we shared around the holidays with family. Then our neighbors asked for some beef. Our friends asked us to buy some pork. The family gatherings became annual events (including our wedding).
We started as a couple with a dream of a sustainable future, and that's now grown. It's a 75 acre dream that we want to share with all those who are interested in having high quality produce and protein.
